Trimoterm SNV 3L fire-proof roof panels

New in the area of Trimoterm roofs is the panel for light roofs with an incline exceeding 3° Trimoterm SNV-3L. Trimoterm SNV-3L panels also excel in fire-resistance, excellent thermal and noise insulation, and the panel's modular width of 1100 mm enables optimal transport, and faster assembly. Trimoterm SNV-3L panel has three trapezoids, one of which is switchable.


Purpose and use
Trimoterm SNV-3L panel for roofs with incline is light and combines excellent characteristics with cost efficiency. The range of uses includes office, commercial and industrial facilities. Due to its versatility the SNV-3L panel can be built into façades.

Composition
Trimoterm SNV-3L fire-proof roof systems are composed of a lower shallow and upper deep corrugated, galvanised (275 g/m²) and painted steel sheet metal (standard thickness 0.6 mm) with a non-flammable lamellate mineral wool core (thickness 60 – 200 mm).

Together all 3 coats form a compact sandwich element that ensures the necessary load-bearing capacity, tightness and assembly, and the core, made of non-flammable lamellate mineral wool, provides for excellent heat and noise insulation and high fire-resistance.

Assembly
Trimoterm SNV-3L roof panels can be fixed on roof support systems made of steel, wood or concrete, with a built-in steel profile with minimum dimensions  60/40/3. They can be combined with Trimoterm SNV systems.
