Technical data

Trimoterm fireproof panels consist of two profiled galvanized (275 g/m2) and painted, steel sheets (0.5 mm - 0.7 mm thick) and insulating non-inflammable lamellate mineral wool core (50-240 mm thick).

All three layers are bound into a compact, sandwich-type element that provides the required load bearing capacity, tightness and composition. The core, made of non-inflammable lamellate mineral wool, confers excellent thermal and sound insulation, as well as strong fire resistance.

Colours and materials
We use two types of sheet metal anti-corrosion protection in Trimoterm façade systems. A standard polyester based protection and at the customer’s request, also a polyvinylidene-fluoride based protection.

Steel sheet metal is first galvanized at a high temperature. The zinc coating is 275 g (Zn)/m2 thick (EN 10142, EN 10147).The sheet metal dyeing procedure is called “coil coating”. This is a process of dyeing sheet metal between cylinders and drying it in an oven at a temperature of at least 200°C.

All colours from the RAL colour chart are available.
The standard Trimo colour chart consists of the following shades (applies to polyester based protection): RAL 9002 – grey-white, RAL 9010 – pure white, RAL 9006 – aluminium white, RAL 7035 – light grey, RAL 5010 – enzian blue, RAL 1015 – light ivory.

Sheet metal can also be dyed with colours based on another substance, if requested (e.g. PVC, siliconpolyester, etc.) that can have different characteristics.

Building surfaces must be examined and cleaned at intervals, depending on the level of pollution and state of the air, as part of regular maintenance and in accordance with maintenance instructions, or at least once a year.
