TrimoDesigner Win 2.0 - Software for 3D visualization of a building

Trebnje,11th December 2009 – Together with the company, CGS, d.o.o. Trimo has developed new (improved) software for 3D visualization of buildings. Trimo TDW 2.0 (TrimoDesigner Win) is a simple, software application, for the illustration and specification of Trimo façade covers and roofs. It is intended for customers, architects, and project leaders, as it allows for fast and simple design of building models, placing the building in a simulated environment, and physical representation of the building using 3D images.
TDW 2.0 offers a set of drawing command tools, which allow façade and roof elements to be drawn while creating the basic design of the building.

After entering the geometry in the elevation, floor-plan, and 3-dimensional perspectives, the software allows you to operate with all the built-in construction and decorative elements and, in the end, also view the building in a 3D environment. 

With the range of solutions, the software is not limited to Trimo products.  Classic-looking brick, cement, plaster, or glass can also be used on an individual façade.

Other strengths of the software include:
  • entering 3D blocks as a visualization aid
  • exporting 3D geometry in .obj format for further work
  • using advanced architectural software
  • good quality data entry visualization in .jpg format
  • set of Trimo’s standard sheet-metal finishing work
  • determining the type of terrain and slope
  • illustration of a basic skeletal steel structure
  • illustration of different cross-section pillars in different slopes
  • list of the integrated quantities of Trimo products, in Adobe PDF and Excel formats  

Working with simple program functions and a controlled drawing environment, in TDW 2.0, is user-friendly, pleasant, and simple, allowing joint solutions between Trimo, customers, architects, and project leaders, to be reached more easily, and faster.   

The software is designed in both Slovene and English, and operates in Windows operating systems. Other CAD/CAM programs are not needed for its use.
