Trimo receives plaque from the Trebnje municipality
Trebnje, 30th June 2010 - Trimo received a plaque from Trebnje municipality for their contribution to the development, progress, reputation, and recognisability of Trebnje municipality. On Thursday, 24th June, Trimo received a plaque from Trebnje municipality for the company’s contribution to the development, progress, reputation, and recognition of the municipality. The initiative for the plaque was provided by the Trebnje Local Community in recognition of Trebnje becoming the most economically developed town in Slovenia, due to Trimo’s exceptional business success.The community emphasised that Trimo : “employs people from the community, participates in the activities of different societies and in the organisation of events, such as encouraging and helping people from the community in developing sports, culture, tourism, innovation, charity work, fire-fighting activities, as well as supporting research work.”
Every year, on the date of Trebnje’s public holiday, the local community presents recognitions and plaques to individuals, companies, and organisations that have made an important contribution to the development and reputation of Trebnje with their activities. This year, such recognitions were presented to Trimo, Marjan Krmelj, Janez Janežič, and KUD Oktet Lipa Trebnje, Barica Kraljevska, and Branko Veselič.
