Design documentation
Design documentation is a systematically regulated structure of plans that includes technical descriptions and reports, calculations, drawings and other supplements that help determine location, function, design and technical characteristics of planned constructions. We know several types of design and technical documentation. In accordance with the Construction Act (official consolidated text) /ZGO-1-UPB1/ (Official Gazette of RS, nr. 102/2004 and 14/2005) and the Rules on design and technical documentation (Official Gazette of RS, nr. 66/2004 in 54/2005) the following documents are included:
- concept (IDZ)
- design documents (IP)
- project for acquisition of a building permit (PGD)
- project for execution (PZI)
- project of implemented work (PID)
Concept (IDZ)
This is a sketch and a description of the characteristics for the planned construction. Its purpose is to achieve the project conditions wanted by the competent decision-makers. The concept for buildings has to at least to include the architectural plan and the plans needed to issue project instructions.
Design documents (IP)
This is a systematically regulated structure of plans that enable the investor to decide on the optimum adequate specification for the planned construction, that is, to decide on the schedule method of work instalment.
Project for acquisition of building permit (PGD)
This is a systematically regulated structure of plans, on the basis of which the investor can obtain consent to project solutions and the building permit.
Project for execution (PZI)
This is actually a project for acquisition of the building permits, which is complemented by detailed plans on the basis of which the construction can be implemented in accordance with the conditions of the building permit. It is intended for the execution of construction of demanding, and less demanding buildings.
Project of implemented work (PID)
This is a project for implementation, supplemented with a presentation of all completed work and possible changes that may have arisen during construction and were not foreseen in the project for execution. During technical inspection it is possible to establish whether the constructed or reconstructed building is build in agreement with the issued building permit.
