E- Trans

We use the web application E-Trans for comprehensive control of transport dispatch and organisation in Trimo that enables us a better overview of external logistics:   
According to the extent of implemented servicesNumber of transportations per day and duration of individual phases, Amount of transported goods,Control of different routes,According to the quality of implemented services Speed,Punctuality,Claims.
This software helps us to gather and regulate the internal needs for transport, calculate the transport prices in advance, invite tenders for the needs of transportation services, choose the optimal transport operators, distribute the time needed for loading and unloading, follow implemented services according to the extent and quality, check the suitability of transport operators, and control the accuracy of received accounts.  
 
This way we are also coming closer to automating this process in the departments for logistic co-ordination and optimization, and to globally ensure our buyers the highest quality of logistic and transportation services, and most importantly – punctual supplies.

E-Trans also enable an electronic insight to transporters who co-operate with Trimo of the different phases of selected shipments. You can register with the system on the webpage https://193.77.42.66/.
