Employee training - Motto for 2010: Simple is the best
Trebnje, 13th March 2010 – Today Trimo concluded their traditional training for employees of the Trimo Company and the CBS Institute. This time colleagues from Trimo’s affiliated companies Akripol, Tinde, and Trimo Investment were also invited to join the training process. The new motto of the year was also introduced at the training: “Simple is the best” At the 2-day training course General Manager Tatjana Fink, MBA, and all Trimo department managers, as well as managers from Akripol, CBS Institute, and Tinde, presented the results for the past business year and plans for 2010. The employees actively participated in the workshops to form proposals for accomplishing plans.They were also introduced to the motto of the year. The Trimo team is traditionally guided through the year by a motto that is complemented during the year. Let us highlight some of them. Through 1992 they were guided by the motto “A satisfied customer is bringing the highest profit”, in 1997 it was “Trimo business excellence is our common objective,” in 1999 “Trimo takes care of the environment”, in 2004 “Innovativeness and creativity”, and last year’s motto was: “Just do it. The best you can.”
This year the Trimo team is guided by the motto: “Simple is the best.”
