Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina awarded Trimo with their 'Golden Award' for 'Qbiss by trimo'

Trebnje, 3rd June 2010 – Today, the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina (CCDBK) hosted the 'Awards for Innovation', for 2009, at Otočec. Trimo received a Golden Award for its product, Qbiss by trimo. Based on the criteria of inventiveness, business results, and predictions - a sustainable aspect of innovation - and the environmental aspect; the 6-member committee for evaluating innovations that function within the Quality and Innovation Section, decided to award 7 proposals with gold awards, 11 with silver, 7 with bronze; and 3 proposals earned recognition for participation. 

Trimo’s modular façade system, Qbiss by trimo, received a golden award. 
Other gold-winners include Adria, Mobil, Kolpa, Krka, and Loging.

The CCDBK will send the 6 best innovations to the competition of the Chamber of Commerce, where the innovators will compete for the highest recognition in the country.  

“This year, the third call for applications received a record number of applicants which shows a positive attitude of the companies towards improvements and innovations, not only in the production process, but also in products; 16 companies proposed 28 innovative proposals; last year there were only 9 proposals,” states the CCDBK.
