Encouraging creativity and innovation

We are systematically encouraging the creation of new ideas, concepts and initiatives by diverse contests. We have already realised many of them. Trimo is bursting with creativity and we like this.

We encourage innovation and creativity in all our target groups: architects and designers, young researchers, students and employees.

Trimo Architectural Awards

This is for all architects who want to express their creative inspiration; who create and work together on innovative developments and bold building evolution. The award ceremony is held every two years.
 


Trimo Urban Crash

The urban architectural future is bold, diverse and functional. The contest that is intended solely for young architects is an excellent indicator of new trends and directions.




Trimo Research Awards

We can recognise the advantage in transferring knowledge, information and ideas which is why we are open and connect with others. We encourage research work of both home and foreign experts in the areas that are, at least partially, covered by Trimo



Boldest Idea

Capture the train of thought – a crazy idea? No, it is only a good and crazy contest. It is intended for all employees and is an excellent source of new ideas for products. We have organised this contest every year since 2003. Each year we receive a larger number of applied ideas and their quality also increases. The awards are also crazy


Trimo Innovation Process (TIP)
TIP is intended for collecting suggestions for small or medium-sized improvements, mostly on actual products and in their own environment. This way we introduce improvements in different areas of Trimo’s activities.
In 2008 over 80 % of employees were included in the improvement projects.  

Basket of Ideas
A real or online Basket of Ideas is available to employees for submitting all stimulating ideas that come to mind. If you have an idea then send it to us by using the online form Submit your idea.
