Creating and growing with people and for people. Trimo establishes stable and good relationships with all its stakeholders and does not only include employees in the development process, but also buyers, suppliers, licensed partners, universities and institutes, and individuals.

In the last year alone Trimo cooperated with over 120 Slovene and foreign partners. Trimo also received many prestigious awards for its work for business excellence, and successful management. In 2007 Trimo was the first Slovene company to receive the European award for business excellence in management (EFQM).

By encouraging developing companies and showing support to sport, cultural, humanitarian, and environmental activities, Trimo is intensively investing in the environment and caring for sustainable development of all parts of society and consequently is known in the community as one of the most socially responsible companies.
In 2008 Trimo cooperated in the building of the first carbon dioxide neutral structure in the world, within the association 'Planet Positive', by providing façade panels for a building in Pineham, England. Trimo is also a member of UN Global Compact.
